Angelina Castellini offers creative coaching sessions for people who want to relate more intuitively to the people they live or work with.
Perhaps you are a professional educator, manager or working while also running your family household. Your daily life likely includes some form of conscious improvisation.
Something comes up, doesn't go according to plan or takes you by surprise. You have to let go of your script and make up something else on the spot. Sometimes, the next step is obvious and easy to take. At other times, you might get lost in the mist of uncertainty or overwhelmed by endless possibilities.

​Our creative coaching sessions are opportunities for dedicated one-to-one practice. We use dynamic, flexible and responsive forms of inquiry, tailored to your personal contexts and needs.

How do I navigate times of uncertainty and change?
You may bring your own questions, use this space to examine your professional relationships, or we can do some artful soul searching. Through artistic exploration we uncover recurring patterns of stuckness, release emotional blockages and enable creative flow.
Angelina is professionally trained in a wide variety of methodologies such as Applied Improvisation, NLP, Transactional Analysis, Systemic Family Constellations, Solution Focus, and is a dedicated practitioner of various arts, dancing styles, Tai Chi and meditation.
Each session, Angelina will take you on a build-your-own-adventure style journey. You will learn to use whatever creative resources are available and helpful to you in the moment. You might make a collage, play an improvisation game or you can be guided through structured embodiment activities.

financial information
Creative coaching sessions can be booked as stand-alone, weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions. Session duration: 1h.

3 sessions: €70 a session = €210
1 session: €75
​
This fee is our basic rate. If you wish to pay more, we will gladly accept a higher rate in order to "pay it forward" to others in need.
If you cannot afford the price listed here, please contact us to see if we have space available at a rate suited to your financial situation.
