impro studio offers bespoke training for people who work with other people.
improvisation training
Organisations are living systems with their own history, culture dynamics and patterns of communication. When working with people in organisations, we ask ourselves: how can we serve the health of the organisation by nourishing the people that comprise it?

impro studio supports companies, communities, and institutions that want to explore their team dynamics and deepen their interpersonal connections. We offer customized training spaces for employees, members, or attendees to (re)connect, (re)frame, and (re)discover how to improvise at work.
Improvisation training in the workplace enables participants to practise leading and following, pendulate between doing and being, and develop creative navigation skills for times of uncertainty.
While we set our intention on fostering trust, commitment and connection, our playful work together transcends individual visions of goals and outcomes.
Our first consultation is always FREE.
How we might work together depends on the details of your organisation and needs. This could be long-term training, or individual workshops. Training can also be combined with coaching sessions.
Training languages are English, German and Dutch. We can work online, in-house and on-location.
Improvisation is not a matter of making anything specific happen, but rather one of opening a space in which improvisation can occur.
professional coaching
To exist and work in an organisation is a continuous learning of what it means to be human within an ensemble of beings. impro studio offers coaching sessions for anyone who wants to learn to relate improvisationally in their professional life.
We work with questions such as:
Where can we find freedom within structures?
How can we (re)connect with ourselves and others?
What nourishes us to live and express ourselves creatively?
This is a space for you to be guided with integrity along your career path, and to grow your leadership skills through creativity. We bring our attention to the here and now, letting go of unhelpful patterns and moving curiously towards the future.
Improvising means drawing on all of our knowledge, skills, and experiences and trusting their coalescence in the current moment.
Together, we will find an approach that fits your needs. This could be long-term or individual sessions, also available in combination with team training.

talks on improvisation
Improvisation is an art and a gift, which we share with the world by weaving theory, practice and play into our talks. Angelina offers insights from our experiences and invites you to integrate these ideas into your life.
Playing with the theoretical understanding of the concepts and values which form the basis of our improvisation practices gives us a chance to gain new perspectives on how we are embedded into our world.
The intention of talking is to open our minds with curiosity for what we are able to experience by practicing improvisation, thereby learning from each other how we can improvise our future.
This is a talk directed at trainers and facilitators within the Applied Improvisation Network.
Read the full script of the talk in this blog post.
A curious exploration of the complexity of each moment nourishes a ground for possible creative choices.
improvisation workshops
We offer bespoke workshops for teams and groups of people who want to explore what it means to be an improvising ensemble.
Our workshops have themes which offer broad and open introductions to improvisation practices or specific deep dives into topics such as leading & following, choice making, and healthy communication.

All of our workshops are experiential in nature and can be combined with talks. We practice learning by doing and provide ample space for reflection. Most importantly, we make each event fun and easy to engage with.
