To exist and work in an organisation is a continuous process of learning what it means to be human within an ensemble of beings.

improvisation training for organisations

impro studio offers bespoke training for people who work with other people.

We support companies, communities, and institutions that want to explore their interpersonal dynamics and deepen their connections. We offer customised training spaces for employees, members, or conference attendees to (re)connect, (re)frame, and (re)discover how to improvise at work.

Organisations are complex living systems with their own history, culture dynamics and patterns of communication. When working with people, we ask ourselves:

How can we serve the health of the organisation by nourishing the people that comprise it?

Improvising means drawing on all of our knowledge, skills and experiences and trusting their coalescence in the current moment. We practise learning by doing and provide ample space for reflection. Weaving together theory and play gives participants a chance to gain new perspectives on how they are embedded into their workplace.

While we set our intention on fostering trust, commitment and connection, our playful work together transcends individual visions of goals and outcomes.

Most importantly, we make each event fun and easy to engage with.
